On Sunday, December 28, the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Encarnaci\u00f3n \u2013 Paraguay (UNAE) hosted at its main auditorium the concert of Paraguayan classical guitarist and lyric singer Ang\u00e9lica Rodr\u00edguez, within the framework of the commemoration of the centenary of the Guarania.<\/p>

The concert brought together the elegance of classical guitar and the expressive power of the orchestra, with the participation of the Youth Orchestra of the city of Encarnaci\u00f3n, conducted by Maestro Adolfo Arr\u00faa.<\/p>

The programme of this concert was carefully conceived as a musical journey in two parts. In the first, the richness of Spanish music, where the guitar occupies a central place, unfolding rhythms, colours and melodies full of passion, tradition and character, with works by Maestro \u00c1ngel G. Pi\u00f1ero.<\/p>

In the second part, a tribute to the traditional repertoire of Paraguay through lyric singing, featuring guaranias and polkas as a profound expression of the Guarani land. This musical encounter celebrated not only the dialogue between guitar, voice and orchestra, but also the bridge between cultures and the enduring bond between an artist and her homeland.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

El Auditorio Nacional de M\u00fasica est\u00e1 considerado como la instituci\u00f3n de referencia para la m\u00fasica cl\u00e1sica en Espa\u00f1a, consolidado como el principal centro de conciertos sinf\u00f3nicos y camer\u00edsticos del pa\u00eds y uno de los espacios culturales m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos de Madrid. Desde su inauguraci\u00f3n en 1988, se ha convertido en un punto neur\u00e1lgico para la vida musical espa\u00f1ola, acogiendo cada temporada una intensa programaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica con una s\u00f3lida proyecci\u00f3n internacional.<\/p>

El proyecto cultural del Auditorio Nacional de M\u00fasica ha situado al recinto entre los grandes focos europeos de actividad sinf\u00f3nica. Su programaci\u00f3n, caracterizada por la excelencia, combina los grandes repertorios sinf\u00f3nicos y camer\u00edsticos con propuestas contempor\u00e1neas y estrenos absolutos, manteniendo un firme compromiso con la evoluci\u00f3n de la creaci\u00f3n musical. El Auditorio es sede de algunas de las principales instituciones musicales espa\u00f1olas \u2014como la Orquesta Nacional de Espa\u00f1a y la Joven Orquesta Nacional de Espa\u00f1a\u2014 y recibe de forma habitual a orquestas, solistas y directores de prestigio internacional.<\/p>

El Auditorio cuenta con dos salas principales, la Sala Sinf\u00f3nica, con capacidad para m\u00e1s de 2.300 espectadores, y la Sala de C\u00e1mara, concebida para recitales y m\u00fasica de c\u00e1mara, lo que permite una programaci\u00f3n vers\u00e1til y multidisciplinar. Su dise\u00f1o arquitect\u00f3nico y su ac\u00fastica, especialmente estudiada para la interpretaci\u00f3n musical, convierten al recinto en un lugar id\u00f3neo para la gran m\u00fasica orquestal, coral y camer\u00edstica.<\/p>

Del mismo modo, el Auditorio Nacional presta especial atenci\u00f3n a la formaci\u00f3n de nuevos p\u00fablicos y al acercamiento de la m\u00fasica cl\u00e1sica a las generaciones m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes, integrando actividades educativas y divulgativas junto a su programaci\u00f3n regular.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Ang\u00e9lica Rodr\u00edguez<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Born in Encarnaci\u00f3n on May 5, 1994, Ang\u00e9lica Rodr\u00edguez is a young Paraguayan classical guitarist and lyric singer.<\/p>

From an early age she demonstrated exceptional musical talent, which, combined with strong passion and perseverance, allowed her to quickly achieve considerable results, gaining recognition in various parts of the world, such as South America and Europe, where she has performed frequently, receiving praise from both audiences and critics, while at the same time completing her academic studies.<\/p>

She trained with internationally renowned teachers such as: Berta Rojas, Aniello Desiderio, Eduardo Fern\u00e1ndez, V\u00edctor Villadangos, Carlos Barbosa Lima, Javier Bravo, Walter Ujald\u00f3n, Carlos Groisman, Hugo Geller and Richard Stover.<\/p>

In 2021 she won the eighth edition of the International Classical Guitar Competition \u201c\u00c1ngel G. Pi\u00f1ero\u201d, with which she began a continuous artistic collaboration, actively contributing to the dissemination of the works of the Spanish master through her participation in prestigious concert halls such as the Club Monteverdi Hall, the Carlos de Amberes Foundation in Madrid, the Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e Louis-Jouvet in Paris, the \u201cChpiteau Harrier Baita\u201d in Saint Jean de Luz during the Andalusian Festival (France), the Unicaja Cultural Center of M\u00e1laga, and the National Conservatory of Music of Mexico.<\/p>

In June 2024 she made her debut at the Teatro Real in Madrid with the Santa Cecilia Orchestra (Excelentia Foundation), in the concert entitled \u201cBrisas de C\u00e1diz \u2013 De Falla and Pi\u00f1ero in the Bay\u201d, under the direction of Maestro Jos\u00e9 Antonio Monta\u00f1o.<\/p>

She is currently pursuing a Master\u2019s degree in Chamber Music at the \u201cA. Scarlatti\u201d Conservatory of Palermo (Italy) and works as a teacher at the Istituto Comprensivo Statale of Sferracavallo in the same city.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
